Alan Munn, a Senior Engineer based at MMI’s Kuala Lumpur office, has extensive experience in the chemical industries, and in particular downstream oil and gas.  His main areas of expertise are risk management, technical safety engineering, and process safety and environmental management.  Mr. Munn has extensive knowledge of refining, tankage, and loading and unloading operations – as well as static electricity hazards and fired heater operation. His primary areas of interest are in facilitating HAZOPs, HAZIDs, PHRs and other process hazard assessments, SIL assessment and LOPA workshops, inherent safety reviews and ALARP assessments and PSM and SMS audits.

Tank Storage Asia is a show dedicated to the South East Asian bulk liquid storage industry, and will be attended by a host of terminal operators, oil companies, traders and regulators.
